F u f u very very much 🎶🎶
Soap and Ghost having their own Ghosts just seems so strangely perfect. I feel like if there was ever an AU they would really fit in it would be Destiny and I love it so much 🫶🏻
I love it because it doesn’t really mess with canon of either series. Especially since there’s so many guardians running around that it’s believable that they could be guardians doing their own thing.
I plan on doing a full headcanon post once I bring Ghost into it.
For the fandom swap ask game: Hattie in the Marvel universe? 💚
oh my god Hattie would be absolutely crushing it in the MCU actually
she is so opinionated and so sure of her own abilities- I wish any of those bad guys or superheroes good luck arguing with her.
so my brain just connected like- Hattie Wilson and Sam Wilson, and I’m just saying- they would be great siblings. Like the two of them and Sarah. Very Good.
I don’t think she’d have a very big role in the MCU as a whole tbh because that’s just not her style. She’s not really a person for action, she solves problems methodically and out of the spotlight. But I do think she’d have a pretty big role in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier because she is- incredibly smart and would pretty much give Sam her opinion on the whole situation whether he asked for it or not. He definitely didn’t ask.
Also. I can see her sort of popping up every now and then throughout the MCU after Sam is introduced and tbh I can see her being a good love interest for Steve at some point-
Cassie needs therapy and abstinence bc I've been horny but this is a whole new level
OK so here’s my whole thing with Cassie right?
*SPOILERS*
I’m all for the show holding Cassie accountable for her decisions (ep 2 shows that she was “drunk but not THAT drunk” and that Nate gave her an out but she still chose to go ahead and hooked up with him at the NYE party anyway as well as continue to hook up with him), but I’m a little confused as to why the Euphoria fanbase act like she’s THE worst person ever and this is out of her character? S1 focused heavily on her daddy issue, her yearning for male validation and how the male gaze has shaped her preconceived notion of ‘love’ and self-worth. She’s got trauma upon trauma (the McKay situation, the abortion, the way Daniel cut her down with that speech, her dad abandoning her and the family and as a result, how her own mother values and treat herself as a woman) and she’s a vulnerable teenage girl who prioritises being loved above all else because she’s convinced she’s unlovable. Like yeah, she’s dead wrong for going after her best friend’s abusive ex-boyfriend and filling the void within her with male affection/attention isn’t going to fix anything, but I feel like that’s what A LOT of insecure, traumatised teenage girls at her age do and it’s very much aligned with her characterisation. I see tons of the viewership complain that the show isn’t realistic (which it isn’t stylistically and I don’t think it means to be - that’s a whole different convo though), but the way they wrote Cassie’s character is very real, ugly, self-destructive, defeated and pathetic - which is a large chunk of what it’s like to be a traumatised teenage girl who doesn’t know how to deal with their femininity and the incessant misogyny that feels like a trap on its own
Orym and Will as moon gods - very much taking big moon little moon to its logical conclusion. Catha! Will and Ruidus!Orym - Orym red with storms he tries to keep quiet, Orym bad luck, Orym the guard and jailor, Orym and his duty.
Only, when Will dies, Orym... leaves. Either he takes the moon with him and now there's one godless moon in the sky, or he leaves Ruidus too and falls to earth like a star.
(And then something something Fearne is Ruidisborn and Dorian is a blue storm)
@blorbologist OH MY GOD YES
According to Myths, Will is the son of the Sun god, who once chose a mortal to be the second moon and complete the skies of Exandria. For many years, they were fixtures of the sky until one day, something sucked the life from the moon. His clerics stopped getting answers, and nervously, they turned to Keyleth, goddess of nature, for answers.
Of course, they learned what happened, and the red moon became a symbol of loneliness, death and grief. Thus, those born under Ruidus were pushed to the same fate of loneliness, isolation and pain. But they were given certain privledges, too, for the god of the little moon took great pity on them. He even allows them to call him down at times, to aid them when their need is greatest.
And Dorian? Dorian is the deity of the wind, so intimately connected to the moon and yet also something else entirely. Within the storm, but never the cause.
Also on the same list they said that Melo is my nature had the best tongue-in-cheek moments
That is super true! I do wish they had won some sort of drama award (aside from OST awards). That show was brilliant!
What do you think about PT and DBr? :0
“Psychic Tracer reminds me when I was young and naive but he really admires me. It’s like having a little brother around. Doom? He’s an ass... and I don’t understand him... he’s powerful, yes, but merging the plasma armor with his body seems questionable.”
