🌺 Amarant’s name is because most of my upcoming games (except Claroscuro for obvious reasons) happen in Peru and wanted to add a local thing.

🌺 Claroscuro is the first story of a project called “The Unlucky Children Trilogy” and they’re all are connected somehow. Claroscuro takes place in 1821. Expiatora happens on 2012 and lastly Petricor, which happens on 1720. The last two take place in Peru.

🌺 As I said before, there are four realms in the game, the first being the mine. Here’s a preview of the second realm!

🌺 Claroscuro actually has 3 points of view. The main game, from Nikanor’s perspective, a bonus chapter from the perspective of….a rather spoilery character, and a comic in 4-koma format from Amarant’s point of view.

🌺 Yup, I’m planning to release a 4-koma after publishing the full Claroscuro game. It has a more comedic vibe cause, well…it’s Amarant.

🌺 There are 3 main characters, Nikanor, Amarant and the spoilery character.

Amarant is the only character that went through constant redesigning. This was her 2018 design (that looks closely to her actual one), by my precious bf Sigma. She does most of the designs too!

🌺 Aside of intro and demo (which consist of the prologue and half of Ch 1) there are four chapters/areas in the game, each with different characters. They’re all connected in the end!

🌺 As a prequel of Expiatora, Claroscuro only has one ending.
