third life - wild west (1860s-90s, western usamerica)

last life - early renaissance (late 1300s-mid 1400s)

double life - mid 1700s

limited life - 1920s

secret life - late regency (1820s-30s, british isles mostly)

wild life - late 1970s-early 1980s

past life - golden age of piracy (late 1600s) (and same time on land/not pirates which is stuart restoration) .... ive drawn a pearl already :) shes not very piratey but i like this a lot yayyyyyayay

id like to draw the winner of each season in the respective fashion at some point so . pearl sweep ?

i went in knowing 3l was wild west (bc monopoly mountain) lol

ll i have always associated w medieval but its hard to find good refs for like actual middle ages clothing lol. early renaissance is Slightly better so here we are :)

i was going to go w regency for dl, but then i remembered that ive drawn rococo ranchers before. and i think dl fit mid 1700s (which i really wanted to include bc i love love love the fashion) the best

liml i had already decided was wwi, but i later changed that bc i wanted 1920s. but w a nod to all the aerial warfare of wwi ig ? i like the 1920s a lot. my main oc universe is 1923-24 so thats what i know the most about but i woudl love to look into late 20s too

sl gets late regency. les mis is one of my hyperfixations (or was ig but i still love it) and thats mostly late 1820s/early 1830s. i really want to draw scars outfit in 1820s style .... i thnk it woudl look soooo sick :)

simple life's flatness reminds me of no mans land in wwi (where there were two trenches and the area between them became scorched, empty earth riddled with bodies, barbed wire, and landmines.... good times :))

i wasnt sure how to make her design interesting & not just like. what if adaine had a violin instead of an orb & then i was like hey wait i can just make her a werewolf. & shes a werewolf now :))

i also decided that shes a lunar sorcerer instead of a soulknife rogue on account of Werewolf. shes still a lore bard though; thats her Main Thing

it feels like kinda lying to call them a thistlecaster fan kid / to call this the thistlecastkid au in general beacause like. fabian & gorgug Dont end up together. they coparent & for sure have sex sometimes & when wynnie is little they try to date a few times but. at the end of the day they are mostly platonic, with some queerplatonic stuff mixed in

he is an aasimar & starts as a celestial warlock whose patron is his mom, a celestial of some sort. up until the leviathan arc his story is similar to in canon, but then his dream the night after the first whitclaw encounter is his mom refusing to be his patron anymore because he’s not worthy 👍 and he’s crashing out about that when he wakes up in the middle of the ocean and ends up just. not fighting. and he drowns

but as he’s sinking, an eldritch being, the ancient protector of leviathan, finds him and adopts him as its warlock and saves him. yayayay fathomless warlock ! he gets a cool sea creature esque eye now

unfortunately. said eldritch creature that i haven’t named is not all good… and its patronage of fabian is set on Returning Him To The Sea From Whence He Came… he got ink splotch tattoos from his patron which begin to spread & with it like. pneumonia & hypothermia symptoms. BAD!!! eventually (i’m not sure when. i think early junior year) they have to cut off his leg to sever his connection to his patron.

i think he ends up being a patron of cassandra :) if i can make her fathomless somehow. (gorgug is a paladin of ankarna & fig is a cleric of her btw)

this IS thistlecastkid au but is accurate to my normal hcs if you just discard Little Guy
