Bio: Bernadette, aka Mimicry, is the leader of the crime syndicate Crimson Eye planning to reform superhuman society with her own methods. Ironically enough, she plans on replacing this tyranny with herself as the ruler. Retaliated against her former hero partner Lady Eyrie due to growing resentment and murdered her on live television for the public to see, inciting the Villain Uprising. Bernadette is cold, calculating, and polite at first glance. She manages to stay more level headed than her associates, and is persuasive enough through words to make her motivations sound reasonable.

Bio: A chipper, theatrical, and sadistic man who is loyal to Bernadette after being rescued from the scientists who tortured and experimented on him as a child. Was groomed into becoming a ruthless killer and a member of Crimson Eye, leading him into another cycle of abuse. Being born into poverty with an emotionally distant mother and an abusive alcoholic father, he sought freedom anywhere he could. Even in the worst parts of the Common where a boy like Eirwyn was viewed as an Abomination, with both of his parents being Powerless and having a child born with them. Which is considered rare and unnatural.
Despite seeing Bernadette as family and being faithful to her after being taken in, he endures much of her viciousness out of the belief that she does it out of love. Even referring to Bernadette as his dear Sister. He was raised under strict rules and taught to obey while he lived with Sister and the other children she “rescued”, believing she was a kind woman who offered him a chance despite being broken. Unfortunately, this was a toxic family system Eirwyn was adopted into, with him being physically punished for every mistake he made and manipulated into doing awful things for the sake of contributing to his Sister’s new world.
The alias Lucille is a special codename that Eirwyn had used as a boy when he had started seducing and murdering targets for Bernadette under her training. The name Frostbite is a public villain name that gained recognition from the general public, separating him from the work he does for Crimson Eye and instead as an individual. Both feared as a criminal mercenary and respected by his followers, he prefers to be known as Lucille as a more dangerous moniker. Someone who is elegant and carries out missions through lethal force, all with a flamboyant fashion. He has a tendency to make a show of his crimes through drama and flair, developing an enjoyment of other people’s pain as his mental state would deteriorate in his youth.

Bio: A charismatic, power hungry, and arrogant politician that takes advantage of the rebellion against the Administration to support her reputation. Danielle is a member of the Commission, a political organization funded by Crimson Eye that creates propaganda about superheroes and portrays them as violent monsters. Intentionally stirring up controversy, she works with Bernadette behind the scenes after making a deal to rile up civilians and have them support the Uprising. All in exchange for public approval and manipulating votes in her favor. She saw a golden opportunity to manipulate the Powerless into thinking they have no one else to rely on as a fear mongering tactic. Meanwhile, Danielle would have control and influence as a congresswoman so she can establish herself as someone who protects the needs of the people. With the help of the villains she can easily achieve her goal to elevate her place in power.

Bio: Vincent is a crime boss and former weapons dealer for Crimson Eye. Was hired by Bernadette not only for his strength and resources, but to recruit others through ruthless means. He also groomed and sexually abused Eirwyn when he was young. Bernadette only enabled his behavior in order to keep the child she ‘rescued’ in line. Underneath his relaxed demeanor is a hot-tempered and violent man who wants control over others. Not much is known about his past other than his older brother being an advocate for other superhumans in the past and getting murdered during a demonstration against Patrol officers. After enduring so much violence, Eirwyn retaliated by sabotaging a mission and getting Vince severely injured in the process. However, he didn’t expect Vince to show up years later alive. Now driven by revenge and a deep obsession, he is determined to get his ex-lover back by any means necessary.
