Abstract sculpture, untitled for now. Mediums: Salvaged Copper on a timber base. Handmade using simple metalwork hand tools, the spiral was formed using heat and cold working methods, the sculpture is laden with various patina colouring, no paint was used to colour the copper, the colours are achieved by exploiting the metals ability to self oxidise. This piece was inspired by the Abstract sculptor Anthony Caro who used various found metal parts as the main features of his works. Link in bio.
