My Dream Blog

I had a dream last night that my dad had art work on his wall – not of a person, but of a scenery – tree, hills and the sky. I couldn’t stop looking at it. I was in awe.

There wasn’t any artist’s signature on it, and I didn’t know it was art work by Pablo Picasso at the time.

I was inside this fancy building, people sitting around on chairs, a group of party dressed up in fancy clothing and there were others who were familiar to me, but they were sitting there serious and zoned out.

I was there, but didn’t seem to be with anyone.

Pablo Picasso entered the room, and the fancy people were gushing over him. But he came directly up to me and wished me a happy birthday and handed me this beautifully small pink and white wrapped gift, I thanked him without even taking a look at what’s inside the gift. I thought the gift wrapper was so beautiful I didn’t even want to open it.

Then he gave me another gift, the painting which was the same one I saw at my dad’s, but the original one he painted. He said he knew I liked it and wanted me to have it.

I was so happy and cried, and I just hugged him, and he hugged me back – and there was pure love and kindness between us. I was so grateful to him. He knew I would appreciate it.
