in my opinion, X2 was the best out of all of them—-which doesn’t say much because they are all pretty terrible, its just not as terrible as the others.

hah, yeah, it probably is! it definitely hangs together better than x3, and  it's got more, hmm, urgency and intensity than x1

i'm sure i'd enjoy it a lot more if i wasn't making comparisons in my head

(i'm not against changes in adaptions, but not if they make the story worse, and i think that's what most of the x-movies changes do)
