Some days you feel like drawing a magnum opus... and then there's some days where you feel like drawing a middle-aged rhinoceros woman in a bikini. This is that day. I embrace it in full swing. "Gee Astro, don't you ever draw anything non-yiff these days?" Sometimes, but never publicly. To be honest, I'm just pretty much burnt out by anything non-Fatales these days. And even the latter has its limits, in between completing Book 1 and starting Book 2. But we'll see. I've just been losing the drawing mojo recently.... Anyway, Miss Cressinda Sharpe is owned by me.
Second-last POP piece... here's Cressinda Sharpe, who like the Betty one, would be in the larger deluxe size. But she still probably wouldn't fit in your '66 Batmobile and suchlike.
CHARACTER EVOLUTION TIME! I was right about to start a page featuring Miss Cressinda Sharpe, the Fatales' frequently frustrated (but sales-hungry) rhino producer. However, before the pencil tapped the page, I decided "hang on, I super hate this design, blaaargh!'. In the span of three minutes, I came up with something better, while still keeping that 'intimidating 1980s businesswoman' (the best kind of 1980s businesswoman!) vibe. Giant shoulder pads will never not be funny. Side note: 16 pages pencilled in one week! Yayyyyyy! *arms fail to flail like Kermit the Frog*
