In the bustling suburbs of a dinosaur city, an Ankylosaurus is approached and applauded by a Gallimimus I made a while ago for his spray paint art, which he is appreciative of.

Whilst I don't have names for them yet, I hope to do more anthro dinosaurs later on, but I think that the city environment is a good start, but can be better. Along with drawing more anthrosaurs, I hope to get better at drawing cities.

Did you read the twitter thread by the GVH character designer about... designing the characters? It's got a lot of neat info and concept art. I was surprised by the detail of the plants.

My headcanon is that Naomi became interested in Fang because she's heard their music before, and her "I don't know anything about music" comment was just to bait Fang into playing music for her. Because of course a Parasaurolophus would fall in love with the most talented musician in Caldera Bay.

I appreciate this headcanon and will now be adopting it myself

I’d say “anthrosaurs” bc the “saur” suffix encompasses both dinoSAUR and pteroSAUR without being dino-specific

Yeah fair, it just feels weird with Neornithine dinosaurs bc we don't usually use "saur" to refer to them

“To Live and Die for Dixie”

Reblogging an OOOOOOLD drawing of mine that I had originally posted onto my main page last year.

For those of you who don’t know, this is set in a bizarre alternate universe where the Earth is populated by anthropomorphic dinosaurs, dragons, lizards, and other reptiles (as well as birds and sharks) that I am still in the process of formulating. The World Wars in this universe are a clusterfuck as numerous more nations join the fight: Venetian, Sicilian, and Austro-Hungarian ships battle the Anglo-French fleet for control of the Mediterranean, US Marines land on Bermuda and the Azores, and there is extensive fighting in colonial Antarctica (which is much warmer in this AU).

Here can be seen a group of Confederate infantrysaurs taking a break from fighting somewhere in the eastern fronts of the North American Theater, where the CSA is locked in a deadly stalemate against Union forces (a stark contrast to the mobility and chaos of the Plains Front).  By the time the of the Habsburg Truce in November 1919, the Confederate State suffered one and a half million casualties and there was widespread mutiny in the Navy and Non-Saurian infantry units (who were sent to the front from 1917 to replace depleted Saurian units).
