idk if I’ve ever made A post specifically about this but- my blog is absolutely a safe place for all PoC and people of all religions. I understand many poc are uncomfortable interacting with white people and I respect that fully, but if youre okay with it please know this is a safe space for you. if I ever see anyone being even slightly anti-black, anti-native, anti-asia, anti-ara, islamiphobi, anti-semiti, or just generally gross and racist anywhere near any of my posts, that shit is reported and gone immediately and if I ever miss anything please lmk immediately. this place respects all po, including 2S people and all poc whose queer identities are specific to their culture. This is absolutely a safe place and I will not tolerate any bs here whatsoever.

Anyway, I really hope that those underlying issues aren't somehow further exacerbated or compounded with colonialist underpinnings by the archaeology mechanics in the coming update. Something about a player "discovering" ancient artifacts presumably belonging to the forebearers of the villagers just doesn't sit well with me :/

(I understand there are 1000% valid reasons why people may not want to call themselves Native American but there are also extremely valid reasons why other indigenous peoples want to also be recognised as indigenous)
