A more sustainable washcloth alternative to plastic.
I love the idea and think I might make a few more for gifts.

Literally did not realize how much plastic my food comes in until I made the semi-arbitrary decision to try to nix as much plastic from my life as possible.
Anyway, I’ve started making my own sourdough tortillas. Am I officially a tradwife now that I’m in sourdough territory?
Scientists discovered microplastics at an altitude of more than 8,000m, the highest point they have been detected on Earth
hey so microplastics have just been found near the fucking top of mount everest.
they’ve also been found in deep sea trenches (like the mariana trench), in gentoo penguins in antarctica, and in the snow and ice of the poles and the alps
i don’t know about all of you but this fucking horrifies me. not only is plastic polluting our oceans (and us btw), it’s also polluting the most remote parts of our world
anyway i hate plastic
I rewatched a few episodes of Doctor Who season 1 with a friend the other day, and I had forgotten how cheap the special effects were...
I‘ve only just started to learn to use After Effects and I could probably do something better
Do you want to know what seriously pisses me off?
PLASTIC.
What I mean is when something has a plastic package, but then inside of that plastic package, the product is wrapped in more plastic.
I just made saucy noodles and guess what was around the noodles? Plastic.
Not only was it unnecessary, it was also hard to remove and lead to me having to cut the plastic. I couldn't open it without leading to it breaking in some way, leading to noodles being EVERYWHERE.
Are we being fucking serious.
honestly the problem with plastic isnt that it doesnt degrade over time, the problem is that it DOES degrade over time. it degrades into microplastics, which make their way into everything. literally everything. and the microplastics are the thing that doesnt biodegrade. the microplastics are the things that will stay around for the rest of the earths existence.
