Patch Tuesday of June 2015
It came time for a new slew of important updates for Windows Vista/7/8.1 and IE 7/8/9/10/11, and affected Microsoft Office software. Those patches, which should not break the system (which some past patches did on the previous months, triggering complaints that Microsoft finds profitable for some reason), will fix the newest security holes in the system.
If you do not apply these patches to your system, you will be vulnerable to hostile remote hijackings by means of malevolent exploit kits and malevolently-crafted data. Nowadays, the criminals are trying to eavesdrop on you and do anything in their absolute commerce to steal your money.
If you have Windows XP, you’re already out of luck and 14 months out of date. 14 months worth of security vulnerabilities will make you an easy target for hackers.
Any machine with Windows 7 SP1 or Windows 8.1 that has reserved for a free upgrade to Windows 10 must survive this Patch Tuesday, and next month’s Patch Tuesday, in order to make the upgrade to Windows 10.
