Okay so I don't care if you ship H&L, we need to keep it at that. don't harass their families. I ship them and i usually have fun, but this shit is getting fucking old. grow up and keep it on your blogs. I'm tired of my blog type getting dragged because no one stands up and no one speaks out about this behavior. this isn't fun for me anymore. we all need to calm down and just wait and see if anything happens. I love these boys so much more than anyone understands, but I'm hurt that there is a Fandom WAR on tumblr because some people can't control themselves. I don't wanna receive hate for this either. .... he wore a shirt.... so he’s gay. .... he ran around with a flag.... so he’s gay. It makes me SO FUCKING ANGRY to see: A. The assumption that clothing or an action are somehow keys to knowing someone’s sexuality when they have explicitly stated otherwise. I’ve spent years explaining to ignorant heteros that you can’t stereotype someone based on their clothing or other superficial aspects of their identity, and the Larries think that because they have this incredible, star crossed couple to obsess over it suddenly is okay. B. Someone can get credit for supporting the LGBT community for wearing a fucking shirt. THAT ISN’T SUPPORT. At least Harry has backed his flag waving and instagram posting with actual words. Louis, to my knowledge, has never explicitly stated anything to support me or people like me, and he deserves ZERO credit for the minimal effort he has supposedly put in.  UGH like Donald fucking Trump has said he supports the LGBT community but obviously he doesn’t give a fuck about us. Just because someone does something SO BASIC AND SURFACE LEVEL DOESN’T MEAN THEY GET RESPECT. I’m really fucking DONE with straight people getting undeserved credit, and this is abhorrent to me.

Let Me Make Something Perfectly Fucking Clear

Louis Tomlinson has repeatedly denied he is gay. He has a son that he conceived with a woman. His silence on the Orlando shooting is not commendable nor pitiable, and I really cannot fathom why people choose to praise someone’s “bravery” based solely on erroneous and ludicrous theories.  I am glad Harry and Liam showed their support. However, I do not feel it is right to award them “ally cookies” for posting photos to instagram with brief comments regarding the atrocities committed in Orlando. Doing the bare minimum isn’t good enough for me anymore, and if you’re straight and not doing the most you possibly can to eradicate homophobia, transphobia, biphobia, etc. then I really do not have time to hear one single word from you.  This is especially true for any individual be they content creator, celebrity, etc. who has a platform to reach many people at once. Your behaviour influences fans and followers, and at this point in time if you aren’t doing absolutely everything you can to inspire an end to the horrific treatment of LGBTQIA individuals in the world, then you are not worthy of your platform.

This is the funniest, most ironic comment I've ever seen from a Larry. Half the Larry fandom wouldn't give one fuck about Louis if he hadn't been painted as this tragic figure in a starcrossed romance with Harry. "More than the people attached to him" like honestly do you hear yourself? The only reason Larries don't ask Louis about his gay relationship when they meet him is they know, deep down he isn't in one. Otherwise, they'd go right back to LouisandHarry rather than recognising either one of them as individuals, so don't pretend that people who ask him about Freddie or Danielle are less devoted fans than you. Stop bemoaning the fact that the questions YOU would ask don't get asked. He has a fucking son. That's a pretty big part of who he is now. Blaming people for asking about Freddie is worthless.
