Hi gina, super random but thought you might enjoy. Not totally sold on the whole the office theory but it’s my favorite show ever and I’ve probably seen it 15+ times lol. And I sent you some messages a while back about the whole gay husband/faked paternity storyline reminding me of Louis every single time, well anyway I watched this episode today and I literally can’t think of anything else when I see it:

In my opinion, they made a point to say there was no paternity test so that he could later find out the child isn’t his. Now I’m not up to date on all my celebrity gossip, but when do they ever mention that someone has taken or not taken a paternity test? There’s a reason they mentioned it. Also what kind of dip shit what L be to not take a paternity test if he had slept with her? Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think they slept together but he is extremely wealthy and known worldwide. His lawyers would probably have insisted that he take the test.

hey gina, i’m sorry if this is a dumb question but i wasn’t in the fandom in 2015-16 and with babygate there’s always just one thing i’ve never understood. i know they said there was no paternity test and obviously there wasn’t, but was there anything stopping them from just pretending there was? like writing an article that said something like oh yeah louis got a paternity test and it’s his kid! is that some kind of legal issue that you know of? sorry i’ve scrolled through your tag but unless im missing something i can’t find anything about it

hello! I've started looking into bbg again and it makes me sad. I'm in a gc with other larries who are fully adamant that Louis is F's dad, and i honestly don't feel safe bringing up all the facts and receipts to them that B, indeed, faked a pregnancy for whatever reason (most likely a backroom deal with s*mom/s*co to keep Louis shackled and closeted)

It's just so weird that people are adamant about Louis and Harry being married, but still choose to believe Louis had unprotected sex (while being in the biggest boy band in the world) and never associating himself with his baby mama to "try and make it work."

It’s truly not worth talking about it to people like that. They don’t care about all the inconsistencies and flat out lies.

And, truly, I don’t want to talk about anything with people who would rather believe such an obvious lie than put in a little mental after to understand the truth. If they are so close-minded about that, what other lies are they happily believing?

One of the very first GCs I was in had a person in it that thought Louis was a dad. It stifled literally every conversation because in order to believe that’s true, you have to believe a whole set of other things about Louis, Harry, and the way the world works, that just never made any sense to me.

Needless to say, I moved on from that GC.

Wait i don’t know the London lore, what happened with Briana and Ashley? Did they really get permission to bring Freddie to London alone? 😬

I don’t even think Freddie was actually there. IIRC, he didn’t have a passport. But they pretended he was there by having a bouncy chair in the hotel bathroom and by saying he was there.

It was very clear that Louis hadn’t told Briana or the Clarks that Jay was ill. So Briana and Ashley went on what was likely an all-expenses paid trip to London and were posting photos of their first class accommodations, doing touristy things, partying, and Ashley was hooking up with some guy, while Jay was literally in a hospital, dying.

Then the news dropped that Jay had passed and Briana and Ashley looked like the free-loaders that they are because why would Louis not tell his supposed baby mama the truth? Why would he lie to them about why he wanted his son to come to London?

Because he has no responsibility to tell personal details to someone he is in a business arrangement with. But it’s a weird fucking way to behave if she’s the mother of his child. And if she did know, partying and talking about what a great time you’re having in London is a weird fucking way to behave if your son’s grandmother is near death.

The whole thing was gross af.

Ashley even liked this post two days before Jay passed.

Brett later said his family had been told about Jay in November. Which makes the way Briana and Ashley were behaving even worse. Louis said he found out she was terminal in May. Why wait that long to tell his supposed baby mama so she could get a passport for Louis’ son? They claim they had to get an emergency passport for him.

@voxina can you correct me if my memory is faulty? Or anyone else?
