Justice for Sara Millerey 🏳️‍⚧️

Sara Millerey, a trans woman who was tortured and thrown into a ravine in Bello, Antioquia.

A brutal crime was reported in Bello, Antioquia. Sara Millerey González Borja, 32 years old, had her arms and legs broken, and was later thrown into a ravine. She was rescued alive, but did not survive due to the severity of her injuries.

The incident took place on the afternoon of Friday, April 4, and has raised alarms in the region, as it is the second murder reported in a single week. Different social groups organized candlelight vigils for Sara’s life and for 23 other LGBTQIA+ victims across the country.
