Antipasto Pizza Dip has all the tastes of a traditional antipasto platter but is made in the form of a creamy, cheesy dip. It's great for parties, game days, or any other event where you want to serve a tasty appetizer to impress your guests.
Ingredients: 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1 tsp Italian seasoning. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup diced pepperoni. 1/4 cup chopped black olives. 1/4 cup diced roasted red peppers. 1/4 cup chopped marinated artichoke hearts. 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes. 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese should be mixed together in a bowl until the mixture is smooth. Toss in the black olives, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts that have been marinated, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh basil. Add pepper and salt to taste. Put the mixture in a baking dish and top it with the rest of the mozzarella cheese. Put the dip in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the top is nice and brown. Warm it up and serve it with crackers or sliced baguette.
