If you’re a man who is in love with a woman who insists that you perform BDSM acts on her in order to keep her, and if you mean it when you say that participation in BDSM corrupts the male moral conscience, the right thing to do is to wait until she no longer demands that you perform such acts on her. If you are as versed in radical feminism as you say you are, you show her those radical feminist texts that will help her.  If you have been performing BDSM acts on a woman weeks before you gain attention and requests for mentorship in a radical feminist online community, you at the very least remain humble enough to redirect attention and requests for mentorship to actual radical feminists and/or their extremely well-written texts.

it grosses me out and saddens me (but mainly grosses me out bc in the end idgaf about her) that someone who i think has a generally nice vocal tone (selena gomez) has clearly adopted an age regression aesthetic that she used to not have. full on capitalization on a lolita factor, in everything from video design to her general new mannerisms. evil af, tbh.

the thought of kids getting a sadomasochistic socialization comparable to that brought about by porn is chilling. the idea that they would be experiencing this at an extremely young age and likely curious but ashamed and keeping secrets from their parents is... even more so.

at least with sexual solipsism you know where you stand and never have this spark of love. with sexual sadism you are swept up in basically a schizophrenic relationship where it feels like love enough times to make you stay despite the abuse... you learn that you’re lucky to be in your situation because this is love. nothing seemingly as promising exists beyond it. colonization metaphors make sense here.

masochistic men who need patriarchy to continue because without it they could not go on pervertedly vesting themselves with a costume of a real target of violence (aka womanface) (without ever facing the actual violence experienced by these targets). if this costume of a type of person actually targeted with violence lost its cultural import/significance, these men would be out of a costume that gives them the tinglies.  this is in part what makes them so much worse than females who take to ‘l-g’ sexualities and eroticize ch*ld ab*se. it iis within the realm of possibilty that these females experienced something similar, and at least they can imagine this experience with a degree of accuracy as they do live under patriarchy as females.  men will never experience life as targets of the full spectrum of misogyny/anti-female and exploitative sentiment. men just enjoy the idea of having their bodies be exploited for their ‘natural capacities’ and (not-so) secretly think abuse of females must make females feel treasured. they envy female abuse victims while having no idea what its like to be female victims and also potentially having been/benefitted from a female abuser.
