Are there any cyberpunk webcomics hubs out there? Like a link hub or web-ring (remember those?) where readers could find comics and creators could band together?
Cyberpunk is a niche genre that's getting a lot of press lately, and I feel like comic creators could benefit from it.

Part of the delay on Only Human (besides finishing the artwork) has been finding an app that can replace my ancient Photoshop 6, especially since my 10+ year old laptop is dying.
These are my Photoshop layers, and I've mostly figured out how to duplicate them. IbisPaint X has a bunch of manga/comic friendly features.
After trying out a variety of ChromeOS and Android apps, I've settled on a couple different apps that can do the job (with ibisPaint X doing the heavy lifting).
My biggest problem is trying to figure out what to do about my precious fonts I've collected over the years, including a bunch of discontinued Blambot fonts, especially since I'm primarily using my phone and tablet to draw now.

It works a bit better for me than some other programs (it's closer to GIMP or PS 6.0 with tools and functionality) especially since Android (not to mention ChromeOS) got shafted when it comes to drawing apps.
Drawing on a phone isn't ideal, but someone suggested getting a USB adapter and connecting my Wacom to my phone.
