Pulse (Kairo) by Kiyoshi Kurosawa (2001).
In Tokyo, a string of mysterious suicides and a website that seems to link all of them sets the scene for this Japanese horror masterpiece. Drawing on a phone isn't ideal, but someone suggested getting a USB adapter and connecting my Wacom to my phone.
