ENTER: Wizards ANUBIS CARTWRIGHT and CADMUS BRIGHTEYES

This mysterious & odd pair of thespians have enrolled in @wizardraziw's academy to better hone their magic!

What kind of magic? Well, uh... Anubis seems like he may perhaps be a Soil Wizard, what with all the blue, and the tarot deck could very well be used to aid in communing with the dead! And Cadmus wears an awful lot of red, what if that sash of hers acts as a sort of magical bandage to aid in Scab magic? Although you would think actors would specialize in Crystal magic...

...and that is precisely what they use!

Cadmus & Anubis were part of a theatre troupe before receiving a letter from Mx. Newton that they simply couldn't ignore.

While Anubis is largely self-taught in the little magic he knows, it aids in his more practical tricks, as well as deceiving potential marks.

Cadmus, however, comes from a family of wizards so she's a fair bit more experienced than her partner.

Despite how mysterious and confusing they try to appear, they're really just a couple of dorks at heart. They thought it might be fun to conceal their true magic, but it's like a game to them. They will actually be quite proud of anyone who figures out not only what kind of magic they really use, but their magical items as well (hint: it's not the tarot cards or the sash). Their earrings perhaps? Or maybe their masks!

Speaking of their masks, should you befriend them, they may even reveal their faces to you

(By the way, Anubis's pronouns are he/they/she and Cadmus's are she/they)

Their magic items are: Anubis's opal ring (kept on his right hand to obscure the fact that he's left-handed) and Cadmus's veil.

They're both quite friendly and will gladly help anyone who asks. However, they have no problem lying as they see fit. After all, the troupe they run with is a team of thieves! Anybody here ever watch Leverage? Lol
