Not the person who originally brought up Anuvi's, but the owner of them are like crazy strict and unfair about MYO slots. They had an event to get a free MYO for Anuvi or carousel themed things. If you claimed a MYO you had to make it within a month and if you don't its voided. Which, its free so I guess its ok. But the trouble comes from the fact that if you DON'T hand in a MYO if you claim one you get banned from the next free MYO event which is going to be several months down the line. 1/5
This rule isn't only strictly for free MYOs. If you PURCHASE a MYO and you don't use it within two months it ALSO gets voided on you which is NOT okay to take something someone fairly paid for. Even with free slots though if you want to void them, I don't think you should, but you can I guess. But banning someone from the next one? Cause they didn't have time? If you're an artist its probably easier. But if you commission the MYO, you have to have the money quickly, And tell whoever you com they have to be able to make the thing(and the carousel things Orsil I think? HAVE to have min 2 of its versions) within a time limit..
If you want the slot, but can't find the right person to com or the artist hands it in late, not ONLY is it too bad, so sad for you, but you get banned from the next event and unable to get another free slot. Cause you know, how dare you waste time and hope to get a MYO in on time but miss the mark, clearly you have to be punished for liking a species.
And honestly all Anuvi's really are is androids built a certain way... It's extremely shitty, and shady to have it in your rules that EVEN IF YOU PAY FOR IT, you can lose your MYO if you don't hand it in fast enough. It's... bad. I was also in the discord for a while before yeeting myself out of there so fuckin fast. They have a Mod that was just a total asshole. And another mod that showed off making a historic PoC who had been lynched. Which is a big yikes from me.
Idk if they were PoC, or if that even matters, but it was still uncomfortable to see. Especially with the present atmosphere of BLM. The entire thing just seems to be poorly run by the creator. Hopefully they smarten up though and learn from mistakes and actually do remove time limits from actual paid for slots if nothing else.
