What do you do to calm down when you get angry or stressed?

This really shouldn’t come as any surprise, but I go spend time with Andy. He has this innate ability to calm me down when I get to the point of wanting to punch something or just break down in general. On the off chance that he’s in LA while I’m in Canada, Charles and I go to one of those demolition rooms where you just break shit. Charles and Andy are my two go to people.

What is one thing you learned about yourself recently that you never knew?

This is such a good question. I’ve been figuring out more of what a healthy balance means to me. What works versus what just makes me feel pretty crappy.

Do you remember when you first played baseball?

I was about 5 playing with my dad, nothing serious at all but I loved it.

Have the past five years gone differently than you imagined five years ago?

Oh yeah.  From One Direction to two albums, and my fiance... Except a few months, I’ve loved the ride and I never saw it coming.

What has been your most satisfying role?

I, Tonya. It was the second film we produced under LuckyChap. Everyone told us it would be an impossible film to pull off. We busted our asses to make the budget work, to film it in such a short amount of time. For it to have such a quick turn around to get released and get recognized the way it did was a dream. It was definitely a passion project for everyone involved.
