Not too shabby! Bronze in #messer at #Anvil2022 hosted by @forgewma! I was pretty sick last week, but still managed to recover and win a #medal in a stacked #tournament. Considering I didn’t think I’d be able to compete at all, every match was truly a #gift. The medal was just a nice addendum to a great day of fights. We are very fortunate to be able to do what we love and have such great fencers from @edmontonhistoricalmartialarts, @edmontongermanfencingguild, @academyofeuropeanswordsmanship, @thccsofficial, and the home team of @forgewma! Thanks to all the fencers who attended and supported us in our nerdy yet savage passion. I also received an impressive welt on my right thigh that will stick with me for quite some time.
