i offer you yellow, followed closely by cyan, then gray and finally red
you’re extremely valid! but also if you try to take credit for “heroics and other things that don’t require superpowers” i’ll hunt you down for sport.

AHHHHH YOU ANSWERED i’m really super excited to hear you’ve got more things in planning stages — you’ve swiftly become one of the writers i want to see more from on ao3 and i’ve read and reread heroics often enough (partly for that good todoshindeku and partly because you feature my Fave Hero present mic in a dadly/mentory role which i love and partly bc we were fucking robbed of an amazing story where we get The First Quirkless Hero in the age of quirks which. i’m big mad about.) that i started trying to do chapter by chapter reviews, which are unfortunately slow going (i’m alunbalanced on ao3, to clarify) but i look forward to seeing literally anything else you decide to publish, it’s a genuine joy to read your writing, it provides so much serotonin
it’s good to hear that people are enjoying my writing. it’s pretty much the only thing keeping me sane right now (quarantine is really rough of on me) and knowing it makes other people happy to and i’m not just writing for my own amusement really helps me feel like i’m contributing something even when i can’t contribute in other ways. “heroics” was meant to be a cathartic piece, something healing and in some ways soothing to read after the massive let-down of canon (and, tbh, real life). my next big project, which will be called “prince of heroes,” is less putting a sheet of insulation over canon and more sanding off the rough edges of canon with a power sander. i’ve plotted it out up to the end of season two, but i have a rough idea of what i wanna do with all the arcs up to the war arc. it’s a complete rewrite of canon, which i likely will not finish tbh, but as long as i have time and energy for it i can give it a shot.
hello excuse me while i SCREAM i’m quietly losing my shit over all of your fics, especially with the one that just went up it’s making me very tender — i would also like to inform you that while i was trying to do real life stuff i somehow missed two updates to your Heroics and Other Things fic so i gleefully read through both of those to catch up and now i’m Fear^TM and am anxiously watching for new content
aaaaaaahhhhhhh! hello friend! i’m glad you like my fics and i am sorry you are Fear^TM but i promise “heroics” has a happy ending!
i’m really glad you like the new one too because i’m kinda moving in a direction with the tone of my works? i have a bunch of fics planned (who knows how many i’ll get around to writing) and while i started off very Strong and Proud and Pretty in the tone of “heroics” i’m gonna be shifting to more angsty and tender and soft later on. “heroics” is getting closer and closer to finished, and “player two” will probably wrap up around the same time, and i’m probably gonna transition directly from those to two new works. i have another longrunner quirkless izuku piece in the planning stages that is similar to “heroics” but much angstier and grittier, and then an omegaverse fic that’ll probably run about the same length as “player two.” i don’t just want to write two fics at a time for the foreseeable future however, so “only then i am human” is a bit of a chance to test the waters, to see if i can work one two main fics on a schedule but also squeeze in chipping away at a third in what’s left of my spare time.
anyway yes! hi! nice to meet you! please enjoy!
wonderfully fun commission of @anxiousorca‘s d&d character for a session im dming! its my second drawing for the group. :D

(1) Hiya! I don't mean to drop in unexpectedly, but I spotted your post about the first time those you're devoted to spoke to you and it really resonated with me. When I was a kid, I always felt really drawn to Greek mythology, but I was raised in a v conservative Lutheran household... I recently started walking my path with witchcraft and felt that strong pull to Hellenic deities eventually guide me to Aphrodite, and then Athena... Tbh, I'm v new to all of this, and I don't quite know how to
(2) officially and properly devote myself to either of them… Which is made slightly more difficult by the fact I’m still living with my mother, who already looks at me strangely and has been emotionally abusing me for years. I guess I just wanted to reach out and thank you for sharing your experience (which helps me to understand my own just a little better) and also to ask if you have any advice for a v new follower of this pantheon?
Not a problem at all! I’m glad my story resonated with you, and I understand your situation a lot (the choice I spoke of Hecate helping me make was to cut my emotionally abusive mother out of my own life)for me it was a slow process, mostly filled with me telling myself that these (very) strong feelings I had were fake, and of course I can’t worship these Gods/Goddesses that would just be silly. tbh I’m so very new to this myself, I have less then a year of worship under my belt, half of the reason i made this tumblr was to connect with people and use it as a source to study my new faith and connect with others of like mind.my advice would be to follow your feelings and explore what Aphrodite and Athena are telling you, meditate, introduce yourself to them officially and invite them into your life. opening up communication is a great fist step. and i think there are lots of little way you can show your devotion in small ways in everyday life, it doesn’t have to be giant altars and sweeping gestures from the start. For me it started very small in things that others couldn’t see or notice unless they were in my mind (pouring myself a glass of wine and spilling one onto the earth for Dionysus, doing my make up to go out in with Aphrodite, ect.) and my gestures and acts of worship are just now starting to get bigger as i start to built my altars and incorporate them in bigger ways in my daily life. I should also note that I am not a Devotee of anyone, I worship them, and I work with them in my witchcraft but I have not made the step to devote myself to anyone fully yet. and for right now that seems to be fine with them, after all they have been this patient with me, whats another year or so of study before I make the plunge lol.anyway, sorry this got a little long, and I hope you find it helpful, also I’d like to open this up for some of my followers who may be a little more experienced to add comments or help you on your journey.~Sephy
anxiousorca replied to your post “Anddd I need 32 more gems to buy the last piece of apperal for my...”
Waves hand around frantically I'm alunbalanced 82213 and whatever the current going rate is for gems to treasure works for me c:
I got the gems I needed, but thank you. :D
for anxiousorca's reading I will use the four directions spread I just found on the internets.
1. Direction: West, This is an aspect of the issue at hand that you should meditate on. 2.Direction: North, This card indicates what will bring about renewal. 3. Direction: East, This card indicates what you need to understand, or gain clarity on. 4. Direction: South, The message of this card will help you to bring about growth involving the issue at hand.
1. The Page of Pentacles. This card represents getting events into motion, being practical, seeking abundance, and being trusting and/or trustworthy. The Page can represent a person who has these traits. It can also mean that your situation relates to physical enjoyment. In that sense, it urges you to enjoy earthly delights.
2. The Eight of Cups. This card can represent seeking a deeper meaning in life, moving on, or growing tired and restless. It asks you to reexamine your life- is there something you need to change, or let go of? Is something just not working for you anymore? Take time to think about your priorities and where you want to be in life.
3. The Ace of Wands. The ace cards represent the raw power of their suits. Wands are filled with an earthy energy that encourages us to be confident, use creativity, show enthusiasm, and have courage. It can mean the seeds of these traits have been planted, but have not yet bloomed. You should seek out what you want and go for it, even if it's a bit of a risk.
4. The Star. This is one of my favorite cards. It is hope incarnate. It also represents serenity, inspiration, and generosity. It urges you to open your heart and let go of your fears and doubts.
