This isn't an easy post to write.

I grew up in a family where you never asked for help, you only ever gave it. As I grew into an adult, the ability to ask for assistance of any form has been nigh on impossible for me and, even in times of dire need, to this day it would be easier for me to stab myself in the leg. But, in this world we live in now, it could very well lead to my undoing if I continued on this way. So I'm sat here, struggling to type this out, forcing that learned nonsense (which of course it is very much absolute nonsense) out of my way so that I might have a chance of moving forward.

Last October my car broke down.

I saved every extra penny I could and depleted my entire savings to get it "fixed". I finally got her back in mid-December only to have the same problem come back 2 weeks later.

On top of that, I'm stuck in a small town motel and, while I do have a job, I am now also struggling for food and necessities. I've had my hours cut, prices keep going up, and my hope to get my car fixed has gotten smaller and smaller.

After months of trying to save up again, I'm breaking down and asking for help.

Along with a gofundme, I have a paypal set up to help me with saving for my car and obtaining necessities to keep me alive until then. I have a quoted amount of $2,500 to fix my car, but am hoping to find a mechanic who can do it for less or at least fix her well enough to get out of this small town and get a better paying job to be able to save the rest myself. Please, any amount helps.

One cannot help but wonder why the channel Colors would want to drag on this season of Bigg Boss when most viewers agree it is one of, if not the worst, seasons of Bigg Boss since its inception.

Bigg Boss producers are willing to pay host Salman Khan any price to keep him on board. A reliable source reveals Salman is being paid an extra Rs 2 crores for each extra day. When assessed against the three-week extension, the surplus amount being paid to Salman is a staggering fortune.

“Salman made it very clear that he didn’t want to extend his stint on Bigg Boss due to his other film commitments. However, they lured him to stay on with added zeroes on his paycheck.”

The source reveals that Salman is given a pay boost every year. “Each year, he initially refuses to return to Bigg Boss but he’s lured back with an enhanced remuneration. He gets paid more than what all the other anchors in regional languages put together get.”

ATTENTION: DOG NEEDS HELP

This is Baby Girl. 

 January. Cold. We found her on the streets. In heat. Dumped. 

We searched for her owners on Facebook, through friends, had her checked for a chip. It was clear no one was coming for her. It was also clear she had multiple litters of puppies. (Once, there were puppies on TV and Baby Girl cocked her head, jumped up on the counter and tried to get to the puppies inside.) 

We registered her with a no kill shelter, and kept her at our house, fostering her. She went through several tests and they discovered she had liver disease. Liver disease is life-threatening and thankfully, treatable. She was put on medicine, which she is still on to this day.

 We got to know her and we fell in love. Who wouldn't! The first day we found her she was already so happy to be with us. 

A couple months later, she had several more tests. There was something the vet found that wasn't there before. Heart worm. She contracted it on the streets. Heart worm can cause damage to a dog's heart, lung, arteries, and ultimately, prove fatal. 

There is a treatment, though. The shelter wouldn't pay for it, they knew we wanted to keep her. So we had an ultimatum: surrender her to the shelter, let her live in a kennel where we knew she would not last, or keep her and pay for the treatment ourselves.

 It sounded like a no-brainer. We decided to keep her! And with her came a price tag, a very expensive price-tag. The treatment was well out of our price range, and harsh on a dog's body. But we couldn't give up Baby Girl and we couldn't let her die. Unthinkable. 

The sweetest girl in the world was about to go through a lot. We started the treatment and she's been lethargic and not herself. We want her to get through this so much.

 I ask anyone that can help, anything will help. We need to continue this treatment for Baby Girl. We're not letting this little girl die because of some horrible people who dumped her.
