Zucchini on pizza is actually quite common (white pizza, that is, no sauce). However, you're meant to slice it in thin rounds rather than chunks. It's great with goat cheese and bonus points if you can get zucchini flowers as an additional topping.

"Quite common" is relative lol..... I can say with total confidence that sauceless pizza with zucchini and goat cheese is not even sort of common in mine and Kelly's neck of the woods.

Also "white pizza" out here can also refer to pizza with a cream sauce instead of tomato based which just really made me want one of those.
