*Appe* Recipe: Ingredients - 1 cup sooji, 1/2 cup curd, 1/4 cup water, salt to taste, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tbsp coriander powder, 3/4 tbsp mustard seeds, 1.5 cup chopped veggies (onion, capsicum, carrot, tomato or the ones you like), oil for greasing and tadka, 5-6 curry leaves (chopped), coriander leaves Method - 1. In a bowl, take sooji and add curd to it. Now add 1/2 cup water to it. 2. Then add dry spices; salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder. Mix it well. 3. In a pan take some oil and heat it well then add mustard seeds to it and let it crackle. Now add this to the sooji mix. 4. Now add all the cut veges to it and mix it all well. Let it stand for 10 mins. 5. Take an appe pan and grease it well. On medium flame put the mix in the pan and let it heat for a minute or two. 6. After one side is done, turn it over and cook the other side for a 1-2 mins.
