Shen yuan braiding binghe’s hair and the tree they would hang out at really stuck out to me. (I’m still catching up but poor yuan’s hands are still healing so here’s to hoping he can go back to braiding binge’s hair again)

—— ALEJANDRO MILLER. ◞  son of joel miller. his mother and joel hooked up a couple of times in boston before joel cut it off. she ended up getting infected shortly after alej was born, so it was up to joel to raise another child.......again. god knows he was not up for the task, especially after the loss of sarah, but he knew this kid had no where to go. over time however, alejandro had became the center of joel's life.

—— alejandro, much to joel's dismay, did end up going on the mission with him to smuggle ellie to the hospital in salt lake for a potential cure. and in that time span he became really close with ellie and saw her as a sister, and he hopes she can say the same...especially since he's been lying to her about what really went down in that hospital and he's certain shes starting to figure it out.

—— when they made it to jackson, the town practically became their safe haven. and it had finally meant home for alej. he managed to save a person he cares about, and have a family again. and over time, jackson grew; slowly filling with new faces. the past never fully disappeared, but in this haven he finally gets to live. alejandro has also met his best friend jesse, who he definitely is not in love with. but they have  been  stuck  like  glue  ever  since  they  met.

Sophie had brought Onyx with her to the pet store, her small well mannered black cat trailing behind her as she walked into the store. She often liked to do her shopping with him, her cat being very vocal about his needs. This time was no different, the girl browsing through the aisles. After stocking up on food for Onyx, she thought she would stop at the treat section. She stares at the different treat packets in her hands. “Alright, which one is it Onyx? Mackerel or turkey with valerian root?” She looks to Onyx but finds he has moved from the spot beside her. She spins looking for her companion and only stops when she spots the black feline rubbing against someone else’s leg, meowing and purring before he gets up on his hind legs, trying to climb up the stranger’s leg. ”I am so sorry... my cat’s a fucking slag.”  Sophie rushes to their side, pulling at her cat as he meows aggressively.
