A fresh morning with a kitchen smelling of delicious Anzac Biscuits. 🍪😍 Easy Anzac Cookies Ingredients 1 x cup plain flour 1 x cup rolled oats 1 x cup brown sugar 1/2 x cup coconut 125g x unsalted butter 2 x tbs golden syrup 1 x tbs water 1/2 x tsp bicarb soda Method Sift the flour into a bowl. Add the sugar, rolled oats and coconut. Melt the butter, golden syrup and water. Stir the bicarbonate of soda into the liquid mixture. It will fizz up a little but that’s ok. Add the liquid to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Till the mixture into balls of approx size of 3cm diameter. Place on a lined oven tray and bake at 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden on top. Biscuits will harden when cooled. Store in an airtight container.
