Another 5e race. The first two pages are lore, the next two are stats, the last is credits and a last note. I tried to keep it as balanced as possible according to several different balance guides and I patterned a lot after existing races. Contrary to what it says at the very end, this is the second race I’ve made for this world.

Aorin is a plotless world I built with a few characters and plenty of lore. My solution to the plot problem is to make it a story game! Obviously, D&D 5e is a very accessible one that people are already familiar with. I’d like to make this more or less a complete setting. We’ll see how far I get. :)

Terrible Royalty - Playable D&D Homebrew Race

I’ve been thinking about this for a while... I’m really good at worldbuilding. I have several worlds that are built, more-or-less, waiting for a plot. The Unhallowed world/ministories has always been one of those. @homesteadchronicles‘s comment on my Lineage worldbuilding post, about how the race kind of sounded like one that would be fun to play in a ttrpg, brought back my thoughts of doing just that, homebrewing one of my worlds as D&D 5e. 

So, this is probably way more detailed than it needs to be. I used the race balance sheet floating around the internet by James Musicus to try and keep the mechanics balanced, though it is a bit on the powerful side by design. A lot of it is just flavor. 

I do plan on adding more to this world, Aorin - more of the races, as well as deities and locations and some items, maybe backgrounds or something. I love my world and I think this solves my plot-less problem nicely. :) (Also thanks to @enrolio for helping!)
