I love and respect those women who can demonstrate strength, compassion, wisdom, love, sensitivity, receptiveness, and most importantly – self-respect with a simple look in their eyes. I believe the true ‘divine feminine’ has little to nothing to do with an image but has to do with an ability to carry sensitivity, strength, and receptivity into the body so much so that the mere presence of women like this heals. ❤️ @theladiescoach is one of these women and I’m so glad I could attend her Art of Relationships event with these two amazing women I’m blessed to have in my life. ❤️ I go into everything with a learners or beginners mindset these days. Every conversation, every course, every event. Because there is always something that can be learnt in every single day we live. ❤️ But there also comes a point where I need to start trusting in my own knowledge and know that I do know things that could help people. This first photo pretty much sums up how amazing @theladiescoach event was and my feelings about it. I’ve been trying to think how I can put into words the amazing moments that transpired on this day and what it meant for me. . I discovered the amazing @christalfuentes on YouTube via an old friend years ago. Her videos had actually helped her through a dv relationship and she told me about her. Since then I’ve watched her grow and impact so many women. . It’s a beautiful thing when women come together to support and encourage and nourish each other’s growth and abilities and bring forth the things we had no idea were possible underneath all the ‘shit’ that has been there and it’s even better to see the smiles, the tears, the laughter and all of the emotions come together to create beautiful moments that will forever be treasured. No need for competition - we all win and want to see each other win ❤️ . All I can truly say is if you have the chance to experience Christals magic I highly recommend you jump at it! As I head off to this beautiful woman’s The Art of Relationships event I was inspired. Some broken kind of poetry bone has been put back together in me this last week. Couldn’t sleep last night, was still awake at 2am until I wrote this out. So I thought I would share it with you all haha . There she was Afraid to be seen She was shining her light No longer hiding from where she had been. . Her power scared her Her self doubt ran high She wanted to run with the wolves and the lions And fly high in the sky . She still wanted to be grounded And washed with the sea She felt connected with nature That’s where she felt infinity. . Mother Earth her closest friend She felt warmth as she cried This is her Happy place Healing love she was surprised. . She is smiling but questioning her beauty. She looks at other women and sees beauty so why the struggle to own her own? She questions and struggles to receive the compliments she is so comfortable giving to others. She loves the way woman move and talk and play and dress and be and create. So why doesn’t she apply those same principles to herself? . She knows how beautiful women are. . The resilient beings who bleed every month and don’t die. . Woman are magic. Women are fire. Women are Devine. Woman are desire. . She knows all this yet questions her own. Maybe it’s because the world has told her you aren’t allowed to love on yourself? . Conceited she will be. . Who, she asks, Me? .
