Too Many Papers
Granted, I grade all the papers that appear, but it gets strange when I try to think back on the life I led before I came here.
Sleipnir wrapped his arms tightly around himself, staring at the re-bandaged leg. "I-I don't want to die," he mumbled to himself over and over.
Scared
Scared. That’s how she felt. She was losing more and more control of her powers and she didn’t know what to do. So she was going to leave the academy. She had a bag packed and was heading for the door. She refused to think that she would hurt someone if she stayed. But as she reached for the door a hand on her shoulder stopped her and she turned.
Morning Run || Skaar and --.
Skaar adjusted his jogging pants, stretching his legs to get the remainder of kinks out of his joints after his run. He stretched his arms above his head, tilting his body from side to side as he headed to the cafeteria for a bottled water, not bothering to watch where he was going as he pulled his phone out to shoot a text to one of his friends from his grandparents house.
An Interrogation | Natasha & Loki
She didn't really understand why she was doing this now. Besides, it's been months after the battle of New York, but she was eager to see what she could extract from him after spending such a long period in the cell. Last time, she was successful to bring out very useful information out of him and she couldn't deny that she was curious to see if the pressure of his circumstances had affected him at all. Was he easier to break? Or was he more determined?
Natasha was sitting in a small - but strong - interrogation room. The table and the two chairs facing each other were made of metal and were designed to be stuck to the ground. The occasional emergency button was stuck on her side of the table and only she could see it, but she didn't sense she'd need it.
She had her arms folded while she sat watching the door open with two guards entering with their hands on Loki's shoulders and handcuffed hands quite forcefully. As if that was enough. She reminded herself as he was seated down that her previous successful attempt with him meant nothing, but it certainly labeled him "breakable" somewhere in her spy-mind whether she helped it or not.
Valentines Madness
With Gen feeling like she's loosing control of her powers, she's avoided leaving her room. But she was starving. She crept down to the kitchen and grabbed random snacks. When someone tapped on her shoulder she jumped and dropped everything.
Seeing Things
Genevieve's powers had been acting up lately and it was effecting her greatly. Sometimes it was the simplest, smallest things like something flying across the room or unintentionally reading someone's thoughts. Others were drastic, she'd hear everyone thoughts from around her at once, see things, memories taking over her and making her feel like she had gone completely insane. She needed to get away, away from people. So she went to the forest. But she got spooked, running from something that wasn't even really there. She stopped in a clearing and tried to clear her head, to push out the world around her.
"As interesting as that sounds... and it really does,"
"I don't care."
