I honestly just hunker down and do them all at once. Coffee or alcohol tends to be involved. Usually coffee. I tend not to do quick turn overs unless I am in in the moment and so awe inspired and the other person is also available to reply right back. But that doesn't happen often. I really shouldn't let my drafts pile so high but I've been a little lazy lately. ^^U
