I’m a firm believer that people come into our lives for a reason, that the Universe brings the right people into your life at the right times. This photo of the very talented @aytch_d and I was taken when I was in Vancouver last after a very serendipitous day. I’m holding a drawing she did of Saint Hildegard aka Sibyl of the Rhine (1098 - 1179). If I remember correctly @aytch_d was looking for some inspiration and asked in an IG story for some inspirational females. I suggested Hildegard and what I’m holding is the end result. Trying to stay up and trying to stay focused. The past few months have been trying to say least. I’ve been especially unmotivated and uninspired the last few weeks. However, with 4 im’peretiv produced songs released in June you’d never have guessed. Sometimes we need to just step back, reassess and let the motivation and inspiration find us. Despite a lack of motivation and inspiration I still have new music coming and things to announce: The track Chains with NamedTobias. (We releases visuals at the start of June) will be available on all streaming services on July 4th. Thanks to Distrokid’s #artistsforchange initiative we have split the royalties for this song 50/50 between the NAACP Legal Defense Fund and Color of Change. I recently announced that a track presented by Young Stitch and I, Kill A God, will be released on July 17th. As part of the roll out I am slowly announcing the artists featured on the track so stay tunes for that. New merch is on the way too.
