How about Minsk and Kiev? Their relations with Moscow? (Minsk is the capital of Belarus, Kiev is the capital of Ukraine)

Well, Minsk, unlike Belarus, isn't a big fun of Russians. He often argues with Moscow... generally, they don't get along pretty well unless they're drinking. Let's say, he doesn't like him and Moscow feels the same.

Kiev (or is it Kyiv??) also fights with Moscow a lot, but usually gives in first and apologizes to him. She, even tho she doesn't have to, can't refuse when he asks and/or orders her to do something. Moscow ignores her whenever she wants something from him.
