The energy is being wasted and it would not seem strange to me if you had an argument again or one of the two "exploded" and said hurtful things again. In the same way that the Knight of Swords reversed announces a certain state of constant defense, it also warns of the delay of anything you ask. Therefore there will be a certain delay in that apology you expect or, at least, an apology that seems sincere or satisfies you.
