Got some independence back today! After a successful day and a half of walking with crutches I decided to “upgrade.” So thankful for this diamond willow walking stick that my bro Frank Hobson made for me last year :). I also started driving again today. A big shout out to my friend Dennis Charley who has taken good care of my car and for all the rides he gave me these past 3 weeks. There’s certainly more weeks of healing ahead, but this progress came at a perfect time. Please continue to keep me in prayer as I heal. It may be a long day but at least I have my Alaskan mom by my side. I love this woman dearly ❤️ She adopted me into her family and calls me son. I was so blessed today as she even called me “my son” multiple times. She is truly a saving grace to me. I don’t know how I would have made it out here as a single guy these last three years without genuine family to rely on. A special shout out to my brothers Frank and Farren as well as my 3 nephews: Xavier, Kameko, and Ryland. I love you all dearly.
