"This is Apocalypse Red, broadcasting on all known Ranger frequencies. I have news to share with any listening survivors. I recently stumbled on a Ranger execution, and did my best to interfere. I don't know if the Ranger made it out, but I can hope. This tells me that there are more of us out there, and that Nyarlathotep still sees us as a threat. And the only way we can still be a threat, is if there's a way to get our powers back. I'm going to keep searching. I have a few theories, but I'm not ready to share them yet. If any Rangers wish to speak in person, I'll be visiting Zordon's memorial. Any more specific and the Zeo Rangers might find us. Apocalypse Red signing off."
The worst part of this whole mess...
...is that some people are actually following Nyarlathotep by choice. Sometimes I hear them at night. A prayer march passing in the dark, singing that thing's praises. If they knew what it actually looked like outside its "human" form... If they knew what was behind those Zeo helmets... Would they still follow it? I still see the un-morphed Zeo Rangers in my nightmares. It's not pretty.
Had to fight off some Nightgaunts earlier. But on the bright side, I got the Quantum Ranger's weapon to work. My arsenal just doubled.
I think I've finally escaped that Zeo ranger. I hope that the Ranger at the gallows was as lucky.
I have to wonder how many other Rangers have been found and destroyed by Nyarlathotep. Up until now, I assumed that he'd already gotten to every Ranger who wasn't at the Serpentera battle. Then again, he has a lot of prisons, and there aren't nearly enough of us to keep an eye on all of them.
But if he's still hunting us down, maybe that means Nyarlathotep knows something we don't. Maybe he knows a way that we can get our powers back.
I'll have to investigate further. For now, I need to keep moving in case the Zeo finds my trail again. I'll update again when I have time.

Apocalypse Red has come to one of Nyarlathotep's prisons after hearing the execution bell. Watching from over a hill, he looks to the gallows and sees that the prisoner is wearing a Thunder Morpher. "A surviving Ranger?" Zeo Ranger Four stands beside the prisoner while a fish-man prepares the ritual.
"It's a gamble, but I have to try..."
Apocalypse Red slips on his mask and pulls his blade-blaster out of its holster. He mounts a nearby motorcycle, and puts his plan into action. He ramps over the hill, down toward the gathered crowd of enslaved civilians, and aims his blaster at the Zeo Ranger.
"Hey, squid face! You want Ranger blood? Then come get mine!"
He fired four shots. One at the fish-man, one at the gallows rope, and two at the Zeo Ranger. He then immediately turns his bike and speeds off in the other direction.
