well he seemed not too fond of them as a whole from what I remember? My guess is he'll take them down too because they're too far off from what they "should be" to him

iirc if u play dalish and say to solas "we are the same people" or something like that he disapproves but i have no idea what hes going to do with them???
I wasn’t paying too much attention but in the dlc it looks like some of Solas’ agents are Dalish or were Dalish at some point. He obviously sees them as ‘lost’ and an far cry from what the elves of the past were like; I think he thinks of them as redeemable? In like the most patronizing of ways. He doesn’t hate them but he does blame them for shit they couldn’t control. Shit that was his fault in the first goddamn place. They’re just trying to piece together and make sense of their history from the little scraps that they have but he’s like...mad at them for even trying; just because they get a lot of it wrong.
I think he’s positioning himself to be their ‘savior’ and he’ll try to convert them over to his side and honestly quite a few might go because he’s got a lot of answers. Like I know hes not tryna wipe out all the Dalish, he wants them to see the ~err of their ways~ and show them how expansive the Elven kingdom once was.....BUT my main thing is that I dont know how he’s gonna handle the Dalish and maybe the few city elves that don’t agree with his plan. He already thinks so low of them I don’t know whether or not that translates into them being disposable if theyre not immediately compliant. I mean I know for a fact theres gonna be opposition; I dont see ALL, or even a large amount the Dalish (and some City Elves) jumping at the chance to follow after the Dread Wolf so...
lmao imagine playing as a Dalish Elf in DA4
