Tumblr mobile quick reblogs

Hey all, so I used to use Tumblr quick reblogs a lot until I noticed posts which I Most Certainly reblogged not showing up on my own blog. It was whatever, sure, until I did it the old school way of hitting reblog and choosing where it would go. There's been a HUGE difference in notes and I would assume the quick reblogs is not very trustworthy to actually reblogging things. Just a weird PSA from someone who has things to say about stuff.

Ok Android users listen up if you're going to fuck with dev options, particularly Simulate Secondary Displays. Even if this isn't your problem it still may be good to know.

Problem: Android boots into recovery mode after simulate secondary displays. Android crashed while using secondary displays.

Calm down it's not dead you can probably fix it. Turn it back on, if it boots in recovery *SELECT TRY AGAIN* (it may be highlighted in blue white or yellow) (your volume button are arrow keys and your power button is the enter key), DO NOT FACTORY RESET YET. Unlock, if it blanks/flickers turn the screen off and back on, don't restart. Keep doing this and allow a few seconds between until launcher stops, THEN HIT APP INFO ON WHICHEVER DISPLAY YOU CAN, PREFERABLY THE MAIN DISPLAY. Search "simu", hit secondary displays, hit none. Problem solved. Back your shit up and babysit your phone for a while.

Remember: If you royally fuck your phone up by trying to use a secondary desktop display, firstly if you're shits not backed up and there is important irreplaceable anything on that device, DON'T. Secondly, if you do, DO NOT USE SECURED. YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO MOVE THE SECONDARY DISPLAY NO MATTER WHAT EVEN IF IT'S GOING WELL. However, if you do find yourself losing your absolute shit while your phone blanks out shuts itself off and boots into recovery mode with the lovely options "Try Again" or "Factory Reset" while really fun colored boxes contain lovely information like "your data may be corrupted" don't freak out and reevaluate every life decision you've ever made. You may be able to fix it.

for artist applicants, would you prefer to see examples of specifically funny art or examples with more focus on skill-set style-wise (or a mixture of both)?

We would like to see a mixture of both!  Here’s the breakdown of what we’ll look for in the application:

-At least 1 drawing with background -At least 3 drawings in color -Preferably 1-2 drawings that are funny/lighthearted (can include comics, meme drawings, etc.) -Mix and match any of the above for a total of your 4-5 best drawings!

We’re going for a fun, lighthearted vibe, so pieces that reflect your ability to have a good time will increase your chances of being picked.  If your best art is more serious though, feel free to submit that too! We will also ask for your portfolio/art tag just to get a feel for your overall style.

[ Ruthfully Bereaved Grief Saga Vol. 1-5 ] - Part of a nauseatingly melodramatic shoujo manga series. A snide monarch kidnaps the pathetic, mousey protagonist's girlfriend and a tearjerking emotional journey ensues. The target audience is something along the line of precocious middle-schoolers. At least the art looks pretty decent.

[ Woman’s Engagement Ring ] - A ring no longer in use, yet polished enough to suggest someone still takes good care of it. The tiny diamond is a little scuffed, but otherwise shines like a star. On the inside of the band is an inscription with the initial “S”, but it the rest is so badly etched out that you can’t confidently read what it says.

[ Friendship Bracelets ] - Two string bracelets to forever cement that special bond between you and your bestie! Delicately crafted with tender love and care. Blue and yellow, respectively.

We have received these questions SEVERAL times and will not be answering them anymore.

Can the sfw and nsfw samples be 1 scene?

Age restrictions for applicants

Sample length: if you go over this, it's okay. You don't have to cut the scene of in the middle, you can go over the length guidelines. Make sure we get the best impression of you possible.

How nsfw does it have to be?

Someone has voiced concerns over having minors write nsfw content.

The fact that there is no age restriction, is because we don't want to discourage people from applying. Of course we don't plan on taking 11-year-olds into the team. Your writing will have to speak for itself.

On top of how good your writing is, we need to see that you are mature enough to handle a project as big as this and will have the dedication to see it through.

First of all: the people that will apply will most probably not be writing nsfw stuff for the very first time in their lives. If they are, it will probably not be the last time. There are fifteen-year-olds here on tumblr writing hardcore porn of all sorts and posting it.

So that's why we - morally - don't have a problem with a "minor" coming onto the team.

Legally: well, first of all, we are from all over the world and what age defines a "minor" is different in all sorts of countries. Apart from that, I personally don't know of a law that forbids minors to write about sex for fun. This project is a VOLUNTEER PROJECT that does NOT MAKE PROFITS. This is not an official job, the people on this team DO NOT GET PAID. So we are most definitely NOT paying minors for writing sex in case we were to ask a minor onto the team because of their outstanding writing skills and good teamwork.
