Image caching and demo login are done! Today I hope to implement Facebook login, search, and a refresh button. Tomorrow I'll add starter packs of feeds, clean up, and get started on mark as read functionality.

Making good progress on my capstone. Today I implemented infinite scroll and finally developed an article view so that articles can actually be read. Tomorrow I aim to add image caching and to better clean the body text of articles. After that, I'll add Facebook login, demo login, and then add a control panel that allows users to refresh and search feeds. If I have time after that, I'll add a stater panel where users can select bundles of preselected feeds based on their interests and add mark-as-read functionality.

Work in my capstone is going well. All I have to do is develop an article view, implement infinite scroll, and optimize my db queries and my MVP will be complete. After that, I can add other required features like search and image caching.

Today I finished CRUD functionality for RSS feeds. Looking forward to Monday when I finally develop the articles model and views...

I worked through some interesting associations among users, categories, and RSS feeds ; and successfully made an api that allows users to subscribe to RSS feeds while keeping those feeds in a centralized db.

Today was the first day of our capstone projects. I'm cloning Feedly and started by setting up authentication and by styling the corresponding views.

Final day of curriculum! Finished it off by adding live updating search filters to my FreeBench web app.
