PHEW!  I can't believe how fast I worked on this!  Got it done right in the nick of time before Halloween ends!  I know the festivities have all died down now, but hey, it counts! Last year I wanted to do something Halloween-related for Flurry Heart's Story, but it just didn't follow through, so I did it this year.  This was loads of fun to work on and I love how each of the characters fits their costume quite well!  Yeah, Spike still dresses as a dragon even though he is one.  If you look closely, you can actually see that his outfit resembles Smelt from "Super Dragon Warriors!" Air Fryer Apple Chips

The next episode of Flurry Heart's Story is going to be "Apple Family Memories."  Here's the synopsis: Flurry Heart is introduced to Applejack’s twins, Apple Chip and Annie Smith, but they are having a hard time coping with the loss of their late great-grandmother, Granny Smith. You can already tell by the image, but this one is gonna be one huge tear-jerker.  It pains me to say an episode like this probably wouldn't fly if FHS was an actual series due to the fact that none of the characters explicitly said that Bright Mac and Pear Butter "died", though it was heavily implied several times.  Heck, they weren't even allowed to use any euphemisms for it like "passed on" or "gone" or "no longer with us."  There are a lot of things I don't think should be in a kid's show, but I personally don't see the problem with putting in an episode about grieving the loss of a loved one when they kinda did something similar with "Tanks for the Memories" and other shows in the past have been able to somehow get away with it.  Ah well.  This is fanfiction and even though I want this to be believable enough to be like a real sequel series for fans to read, I will push the envelope just this once. For anyone that is new, that green stallion that AJ married and had her twins with is my G4 version of Tex, one of the "Big Brother" ponies from MLP Tales back in the 90s.  He is the son of Burnt Oak and they got married not too long after Twilight's coronation.  Also, if you're wondering why Grand Pear isn't in there, I haven't figured it out which one is better yet, but he's either not dead yet or he has died but the kids simply weren't as attached to him since he lived in Vanhoover and didn't see them much.  Annie was really close to Granny, so it affects her the most in this story. I'm still working on chapter 1 and hopefully it will be done soon.  It's gonna feel great to finally introduce everyone to Chip and Annie and make such an emotional story like this one.  :) MLPFIM © Hasbro Apple Chip, Annie Smith and Flurry Heart's Story concept created by me

Oh man, this turned out WAY better than I had planned!! For those who are new, these are the characters in my sequel series, "Flurry Heart's Story."  You may recognize Flurry, Spike, Pound, and Pumpkin, but there's also Apple Chip and Annie Smith (Applejack's twins), and Storm Streak (Rainbow Dash's son).  She spends a summer in Ponyville and befriends all these ponies while being watched over by Spike.  Obviously this is some time after that summer, but I thought now would be a good time to make a pic like this.  I wanted a Christmas-themed print for my Patreons this month and thought something of Flurry and her friends would be really cute so I had them caroling. Again, I didn't expect this pic to turn out so good! The details on this like the shading on the characters and the shining lights on that tree turned out really well and I can't believe how complex of an image it is.  Definitely one of my favorite pieces of my art thus far!
