Put sweet apple slices, creamy goat's cheese, and peppery arugula on a simple but tasty flatbread in the middle. Add a balsamic glaze to give it an extra flavor boost.
Ingredients: 1 flatbread crust. 1 cup arugula. 1 apple, thinly sliced. 1/2 cup goat's cheese. 1/4 cup balsamic glaze. 2 tbsp olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 425F 220C. Place the flatbread crust on a baking sheet. Brush olive oil over the flatbread. Spread the goat's cheese evenly over the crust. Layer the apple slices on top of the goat's cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is crisp and the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Top with fresh arugula. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the flatbread. Slice and serve immediately.
