Liondrop had awoken to most of their clan gone, despite their futile efforts, Liondrop had only found multiple pawprints leading further and further into the territory alongside many clumps of fur and a odd scent left behind.
Despite growing close to elder status, Liondrop silently vowed to protect the four kits that had been left behind.

MOST RESIDENTS OF THE CLAN HAVE SETTLED INTO THEIR NEW HOME. APPLECLAN PREPARES TO MEET THE OTHER CLANS IN THE AREA SOON.
REDSTAR IS SPOTTED BY BLACKBILLOW SNEAKING IN A 2 MOON OLD KIT AND A NEWBORN KIT AT THE DEAD OF NIGHT.
WARBLERKIT AND MAGPIEKT HAVE JOINED THE CLAN. {WARBLERKIT WILL GET A DRAWING NEXT MOON.}

The elder cat hummed as they carried the plump kit into the nursery, carefully checking it over. "My little Kestrel....you shall grow to be a fine cat." They purred before padding out onto the warm stones, bones creaking in defiance to the prolonged movement.
"Willow! Oak! Juniper! Maple! Cmon over!" Liondrop yelped before sitting down, silently thankful the bare-leaf cold had receeded to allow newleaf to rake it's claws over the territories once more. "What do you four want to train under...?"
"I wanna be a helper! The plants smell nice!!!" Oakpaw purred, sitting proudly.
"Me and Juniper wanna fight!!!" MaplePaw purred before tackling Juniperpaw, causing the two to squeal and playfight.
"What about you Willowpaw?" Liondrop smiled, though clearly worn down from the past moons. Tired eyes settling on the newly made apprentice.
"I wanna hunt...just hunt.." Willowpaw mumbled, suddenly concerned that Liondrop had been overworking themself "...and help..."
Liondrop thought for a moment before nodding. "I'll mentor you three then. Not like there's any other choice,,,heh...now go on and play! And make sure to say hi to Mr.Kestrel soon." They stretched before padding off to the nursery "I'll find someone to mentor you Oakpaw. Promise."

Scarletpaw purrs, eagerly cleaning his pelt as he sat upon the warmed stone. The fires gently burning around the camp to keep every-cat warm.
"Scarletpaw. From this day forth you shall be known as Scarletwatcher. May CrestedValley guide your choices from here on. . ." Redstar purred, a soft smile not yet reaching his eyes while exhaustion was clear as the sky above.
Scarletwatcher simply purred with pride as he hopped off the rock, padding to press his tail onto Snapdragonpaw's back.
"Let's go on a hunting patrol!" The tom smiled before padding along as the she-cat hopped after him.

"You've gotten yourself hurt helping me with herbs again!, its like you want cats to die!-- what a great leader you are." Lemonpaw hissed loudly, bristling her fur before stomping her paw down and storming off from Redstar, not allowing him the grace to explain himself.
{Moments later. . .}
"Eeeeeeeee!- ooof--" Fadedkit squealed before tripping over his own paws, landing flat on his face, Fadedkit whimpered before pulling himself up to see Redstar curled up in his nest and sniffling. "Rwedstar....?"
"...?- oh- OH- sorry Fadedkit, did you want to play with mossball...?" The leader sniffled and quickly wiped his eyes free of tears as he forced himself to smile for the kit's sake.
"Mmm....nuh uh!, I sit here!" He smiled and hopped to loaf right next to Redstar, purring loudly.

Lakestar gets a ominous message from what he perceives to be starclan.
"The cycle continues, Lakestar. Run as far as you can before you meet the same fate as Redstar."
Lakestar seems shaken up by this message and gathers the clan to prepare to move territories.

Lakeglide, now named LAKESTAR returns to camp, wheezing and coughing with his fur bristled while his gaze is fixated on nothing. LAKESTAR HAS GAINED HIS NINE LIVES, JUNIPERBLOSSOM IS DECLARED DEPUTY.
HOURS LATER, OAKHOPE BRINGS BACK A LONER WHO WISHES TO JOIN THE CLAN. ROSEMARYSHOCK HAS JOINED THE CLAN.
