Let’s Bake with Teelip! 😋Haha my first attempt at a “healthier” Cheesecake🍰, the fillings turned out so nice and creamy but unfortunately the base was too soggy, failed there. But hey learnt from mistakes and will create a much better batch next time with a hard cookie base, most traditional recipe used graham crackers but I never liked that taste, so gonna improve on that. 👍Teelip’s “healthier” cheesecake recipe: FILLINGS 1. Egg - 1 2. Cream cheese - 8 tbsp 3. Almond Flour - 1 tbsp 4. Unsweetened Yoghurt - 8 tbsp 5. Coconut Sugar - 5 tbsp 6. Unsweetened Soy Milk - 4 tbsp 7. Vanilla Essence - a dash CAKE BASE 1. Almond Flour - 6 tbsp 2. Room Temperature Butter - 1 tbsp 3. Baking Powder - 1 tsp 4. Raisins or currants for flavouring > first bake cake base for 180 deg celcius for about 20-30min so it is hardened to allow the cheesecake batter to sit on, otherwise it will be too soggy like what I made haha! Unless that’s what you like!😜 > Next pour in fillings over the baked base and then bake with water bath low heat 150 deg celcius for 1 hr 10min. Let cool then eat!
