Ingredients: 1 cup almond milk. 1 ripe banana. 1 apple, cored and chopped. 1/4 cup rolled oats. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1 tablespoon maple syrup. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Ice cubes optional.
