ive been telling myself to start youtube since like.. 2007. i havent. cause i dont know wtf i would talk about. or do. but i want to do it. tips and advise would be super helpful. how did you start? what modivated you? <3

The only tip I have is to just do it! I’d wanted to do YouTube for years but was too scared. In January I got laid off from the job I had at the time and just felt like a serious loser, I’d never been out of wrk since I had started college. After about 2 months of wallowing in self pity and 0 call backs from prospective jobs my boyfriend and best friends were like ok you got two options “continue to be sad and read fan fiction all day or you get off your ass and do what you always wanted to do” a week later I filmed, edited and uploaded my first YouTube video.

You just gotta take the plunge and do it, talk about things that interest you, things you love. That’s how I run this blog and my channel. I see sooo many ppl try so hard to please ppl on here and yt and get burnt out because they’re not happy with what their doing. Make you a priority and if someone doesn’t like it then oh well, but I bet there’ll be 10+ other ppl that will love it, because you’re being true to yourself.
