I’m making a spectacular baby apple starter for bread making. It’s Day 6, it took 3 days to ferment the apple and the bread starter is on Day 3 and it’s lush!!! I’m using an old slow cooker insert to grow it in and it’s very happy there. It’s actually ready now to use... I plan on using half of it at a time to make bread and feed the other half to make loads more.
