South Florida is once again in the cone of a hurricane.  We are going to discuss Hurricane Dorian and the Impacts on Home Values.  Hurricane Dorian has now strengthened and being reported to touch the South Florida market with a possible CAT 4 strength storm as of the writing of this story.  Natives to the South Florida Market area have become numb to these types of events.  It’s common place like large snowstorms being common in the Northeast.  However, many people have questions before and after storm.  The questions range from: How does this impact my appraisal?  Has my home value changed?  Do I need a new appraisal? What to expect after a Hurricane if you’re buying or refinancing a home
