Rusphine

The beautiful blonde bird queen, Rusphine, comes up as a dangerous foe as one of the seven major generals. A master of time and space, she feels that Mushra and the others are simply misguided traitors, and traps our heroes in the past, during the era of humans and the original Mushrambo. Her own quest for power makes her ruthless, willing to sacrifice her people, and rid anyone else who gets in her way, including a particular human who is awakening to her powers. 

It was alluded to that she killed the other generals, keeping their cards for future use with her right hand man, Gabriel. It is possible she wanted everyone who threatened her power to be eliminated, even if it meant those she once fought with. She may have spared Daku and Ryuma because she did not find them to be a threat. This angelic woman may have a beautiful face, but inside, she is far from her appearance.
